Earlier, as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, he managed complex audit projects and delivered IFRS training, reinforcing his commitment to international standards and transparency.

Galymzhan Adilzhanov is an experienced finance executive with strong expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and operational leadership. As Chief Financial Officer of Uly Dala Capital Ltd., he oversees the firm’s financial structure and supports its sustainable growth.
Since 2022, he has been Managing Partner at Metida Group LLP, focusing on strategic planning and expansion, particularly within the AIFC framework, including Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and REITs. He also serves as Founder & CEO of Fidens Consulting LLP, providing financial advisory and managing operations.
From 2009 to 2022, Galymzhan was CFO of Khan Shatyry LLP, where he led budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance—building a strong financial foundation over 13 years.
His extensive experience across regulated financial structures makes him a key asset to the leadership team at Uly Dala Capital.

Serik Sadyk serves as Independent Director at Uly Dala Capital Ltd., bringing extensive experience in legal advisory, internal control, and corporate governance. His career spans public service and corporate roles, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and institutional integrity.
He previously held senior positions in the Office of Presidential Affairs of the President of Republic of Kazakhstan, including Head of Internal Control and Deputy Head of Legal, gaining deep expertise in governance and public accountability. At JSC "National Company Food Contract Corporation", he worked with financial instruments supporting the agricultural sector, enhancing his understanding of structured finance and regulatory frameworks.
Earlier, Serik served in various legal roles within government, strengthening his expertise in corporate law and risk management.
